Business Loans
A business loan is a loan made to a non-natural person or is used for a commercial, corporate, business investment or agricultural purpose. At Forest Park FCU we can help you finance or meet you business needs with:

  • Aircraft loans
  • Boat loans (Documented vessels - boats larger then 27ft or 5 tons)
  • Business Revolving Line of Credit
  • Long or Short Term Business Loans
  • Business Real Estate loans

Step 1: Checklist of Items Needed for your Loan Application:
1. Two years of Federal Tax Returns, business and personal.
2. Business and personal financial statements.
3. Copy of a current business license.
4. Business plan. ( Include description of what loan proceeds will be used for)
5. Resume on business owners.
6. On real estate loans, a copy of the most recent tax assessment.

Note: Additional documentation may apply for some loan types.

Step 2: Please fill out this Loan Application to apply for a Member Business Loan, and then request an appointment with a Forest Park Business Loan Officer by calling: (503) 552-0110
